COVID-19 Business Continuity and Risk Assessment Planning

This guidance is intended to identify various issues that you may need to consider as a result of the recent out-break of Coronavirus.

It considers the day to day issues for you to take into account along with the particular concerns which can arise if your business is directly impacted (whether one of your employees is diagnosed, a relative, a visitor, or other residents in your building).

The answers to these questions should then help you develop:

(a) plans to ensure business continuity; and
(b) appropriate communications to maintain effective employee and client/customer/supplier relations throughout the challenges posed by the Coronavirus.
