Commissioned to design and manufacture a bespoke desk loom for a North American bank in the City of London, we created a plug-and-play solution which cut nearly 2,000 man-hours from their installation schedule; significantly reducing fitting costs and getting 1,100 traders back at their desks 4 weeks earlier.
Reducing lead-time and cost for high volume orders
With the supply time for optimum-performance, low-loss coax cable standing at around 3 weeks, our customers in satellite communications needed us to find a way to reduce this onerous lead-time. We designed an LMR equivalent – the GBC400 – and made a major investment in stock which ensures 24 hour delivery of any quantity at an unprecedented price.
Responsive trouble-shooting
Contacted as a matter of urgency by a Formula 1 Team to solve a time-sensitive network connection issue, we used our design expertise to manufacture a bespoke assembly which got them quickly back on track.
